SHIPPING

• Many of our pieces are made to order so it may take some time for them to be delivered. Please see the specific product pages to see when your piece is likely to arrive, or use the filters to find pieces if you need them for a specific date. All pieces should be shipped within the following timeframes:

  • In stock, shipped within 1-3 days
  • Made to order, shipped within 7-10 day
  • Made to order, shipped within 2-3 weeks
  • Made to order, shipped within 1 month 
    
    
• If you do need a piece for a specific date, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on: info@shopgolden.co and we will see what we can do. 
  
  

• Please note that all pieces are sent directly to you from our lovely brands so if you have ordered multiple pieces from different brands they will arrive in separate packages.
  

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, depending on the value and weight of your order(s).
  

• All pieces are shipped via a tracked and insured delivery service. 

RETURNS

• We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. If you wish to make a return please email us on info@shopgolden.co with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. 

• We will be in touch within 48 hours with details of where to return the item. If you are returning multiple items to different brands, you will be advised exactly which address to return the products to. 

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipments. 

• Once your order has been delivered back to our brand and they have notified us, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
  
  

• Non Refundable Items 

  • As earrings are pierced jewellery, they cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

  • All our rings will be made to order to the size of customers choosing from the options provided by brands, meaning they are non refundable. Please see our ring sizing guide to help ensure you choose the right size. 

  • Many of our brands offer ring resizing - if you need your ring resized please reach out to us on info@shopgolden.co so we can organise this. Please note resizing will be charged at £30-£50 depending on the brand and materials.

BREAKAGES & PRODUCT ISSUES 

• In the unlikely event that your piece of jewellery breaks or you have any issues with it, please get in touch on info@shopgolden.co. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS 

• We only ship to the UK at the moment. If you need something shipping further afield please reach out to us before placing an order and we will see what is possible.
