Golden Birthday Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter This promotion is run by Golden (ShopGolden.co), referred to as "the Promoter."
2. Promotion period The Giveaway runs from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026 (23:59 BST) ("the Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
3. How to enter There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A. Automatic entry (customers) Every order placed with Golden during the Giveaway Period is automatically entered into the draw. One entry per order — multiple orders during the Giveaway Period earn multiple entries.

B. Free entry (non-customers) Entrants who have not placed an order may enter for free by: (i) signing up to the Golden newsletter, and (ii) tagging one friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post on Instagram (@shopgoldenjewellery). One entry per qualifying comment. Entrants must be a confirmed newsletter subscriber to be eligible — this will be checked if a Free Entry is selected as the winner (see clause 6).

1. Eligibility Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Golden, its brand partners, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Prize One winner will be selected. The prize is:

• If the winner qualified via an order placed during the Giveaway Period: a full refund of the amount paid for that order, including shipping, to the original payment method; or
• If the winner qualified via the Free Entry route: a £100 Golden gift voucher.

There is no cash alternative to the gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable.

1. How the winner is selected All eligible entries (Pool A: qualifying orders; Pool B: qualifying tagged comments from confirmed newsletter subscribers) will be combined into a single numbered list. The winner will be selected using an independent random number generator (random.org). The draw will take place on or shortly after 1st September 2026.

If a Free Entry is selected and the entrant is not a confirmed newsletter subscriber at the time of the draw, that entry will be void and a new winner will be redrawn under the same process.

1. Notification The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at entry within 5 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received within this window, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
2. Prize delivery Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hours of the winner responding to notification. Gift vouchers will be issued by email within 48 hours of the winner responding to notification.
3. Data use Entrants' personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway (including verifying entries and contacting the winner) and, for newsletter entrants, for sending marketing communications, which entrants may unsubscribe from at any time. 4. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway, including winner selection, is final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
